We have a real treat on the Tasting Series menu this week. From Honduras we have an delicious Geisha coffee. As the name suggests La Montaña comes from high in the mountains around Santa Barbara, Honduras. Grown by Elder Chavez it's a delicate delightful coffee that I know you will enjoy. All berries, tropical fruits and that subtle floral note that Geisha is renowned and prized for. It's a pleasure to roast this for the club!

I could not get this coffee to perform. I had such high hopes after the last tasting series Geisha. I was hunting the blueberry flavors, but to get any to show up, I ended pushing the brews into acidic, mouth drying territory Unusual for me, I did keep the beans stay in their vacuum bag (in the freezer) for a week before I got to them, so maybe I somehow caused an issue..
