I could not get this coffee to perform. I had such high hopes after the last tasting series Geisha. I was hunting the blueberry flavors, but to get any to show up, I ended pushing the brews into acidic, mouth drying territory
Unusual for me, I did keep the beans stay in their vacuum bag (in the freezer) for a week before I got to them, so maybe I somehow caused an issue..
