Suke Quto Natural — Guji, Ethiopia

A returning favorite at Moustache Coffee Club, this natural-processed gem comes from Tesfaye Bekele — the visionary farmer widely credited with putting Guji specialty coffee on the map. Grown at elevations between 1,800 and 2,200 meters in Ethiopia's celebrated Guji zone, this lot features the indigenous Kurume and Welicho varieties, known for their complex, fruit-forward character.

Tesfaye's devotion shows in the cup, where a bright lemon acidity and lychee and pineapple sweetness dance over a rich chocolate finish, with a whisper of vanilla and a beautifully silky body.

A coffee that's as expressive as the land it comes from — vibrant, sweet, and deeply satisfying from first sip to last.
