Suke Quto 3 '25
Guji, Ethiopia
Varietal: Kurume, Welicho
Processing: Washed
Origin: Guji, Ethiopia
Producers: Tesfaye Bekele
Altitude: 1800 - 2200 masl
Tasting Notes: Black Tea, Plum, Almond
Description:
The third coffee from Suke Quto brings a richer, deeper side of the farm’s profile.
While it still carries the clean sweetness that defines Suke Quto, this lot leans more toward black tea and ripe plum, with a smooth almond finish that rounds out the cup beautifully.
Comforting yet complex, it’s another reminder of the remarkable range that comes from this beloved Guji farm.

Very nicely roasted, slightly tart (almost like lime or Meyer lemon), with a definitive hint of black tea. Not overpowering, satisfying.

Suke Quto 3 tasted a bit more sweet vs the other 2. I look forward to all 3 next winter
