Sitio Cachoeirinha Anaerobic #2

I smelled Strawberry when grinding. First few sips were a mix of nutty and strawberry. Very unique smell and taste relative to others. I’m a boring drinker - fine grind made in a drip coffee maker using 1:1 ratio.

Big departure from what I'm used to. While I appreciate the fruitiness as a concept I think (subjectively) it might be a little forward for me; still very happy with the quality and I love tasting outside of my comfort zone.
