With its citrusy and fruity aromas, this coffee has a very 'clean' smell and taste, and a smooth, slightly sweet finish. It's smooth, balanced, and easy to drink. It's a very nice Colombian coffee.

This is great coffee - bright and lively with a touch of acid yet without being overbearing or pucker-inducing. Pitaya has a strong backbone, grounding it and balancing out the high notes with robust lows. The result is a sweet and juicy well-balanced roast, an interesting and worthy representation of Huila.
