Smooth, with strong citric notes and taste. Best way to describe this is to think as if you were drinking a coffee tea. After grinding it you can sense a very pleasant nutty scent. From what I have learned about coffee - this is the way coffee should be. Very different from our western approach to coffee and coffee culture. If you are looking for a traditional dark roast coffee with the traditional strong coffee taste and smell, this coffee is not for you.
