Mahembe #2 2022

This is a smooth, well-balanced coffee. On the nose, I get lemon and plum, but on the tongue there is a creamy dark chocolate quality. There is also a pleasant acidity which complements the creaminess well. The finish is also nice. As the tasting notes, there is a bit of a cola quality to it, though I'd say its subtle. Overall, a really pleasant cup.
