Las Mandarinas

A great catuai bean

I do taste the raspberry and plum notes, enjoying this in the morning and for my afternoon cup. Balanced and reliable, enjoying having it in my rotation!

MC sent me this coffee and it has a beatiful, lemongrass tea flavor, and tangerine acidity, but the fruit notes are so settle, i found some peanut and raisin notes, that are related with roasting development. This is a coffee for the afternoon/evening hours, and I recommend with methods like Kalitha, Switch or Stagg, for avoid those flavour notes, because you can change time of the pour over. It is decent. Cheers!
