This coffee is a perfect example of Narino coffee: sweet and bright with a balance of more savory flavors. These Caturra and Colombia beans benefit from Narino's natural landscape. The warm tropical days give the coffee plants plenty of sun, while the high altitude and cool nights ensure that the cherries grow slowly and develop nuanced flavors. From a flavor standpoint, this coffee is very well rounded. There's some zesty citrus acidity up front, accentuated by some honey sweetness and touch of green grape tartness. However, it wouldn't be a Narino coffee without some more savory characteristics, delivered by a smooth almond note that really rounds out this cup and makes for a coffee that everyone will enjoy!

Loads of Citrus
This coffee seems especially citrus-y and bright, would do very well in a cafe de olla situation, or in craft cocktails. Love how smooth the body is, and the hint of almond that you get. A pretty good coffee overall.

I found this to be a typical Columbian coffee, tangy, but very smooth. Moustache coffee is always fresh, and usually very good.

Thanks for this. The past 3 coffees you've sent are good and especially fresh but all finish with a bitter flavor- not our style. Would like something with a smooth finish all the way through!

A wee bit on the sour/citrusy side for my taste.
Objectively, this is probably a great coffee. After the initial citrus burst, it does round out with a nutty finish. But the citrus burst was a bit too overt for my liking.

Solid
This is a very solid coffee, while it is very bright and citrus like most of the other reviews are saying, I also found it to have a chocolatey nuttiness to it as well typical to South American coffees.
