Huila, Colombia
Varietal: Colombia, Caturra & Castillo
Processing: Washed
Origin: Huila, Colombia
Producers: Huila Smallholders
Altitude: 1500 - 1900 masl

Description: This coffee comes from small holders in the Pitalito, Timaná and Bruselas municipalities of Huila. All the farmers are female and engaged in a speciality coffee improvement program with our sourcing partners in Colombia Forest Coffee. This program provides training and education and an outlet for the high quality coffee that is produced. We are lucky to be the beneficiaries of all of this endeavor. Condor is a tasty coffee. A real classic Huila coffee, fruity and bright but with some tasty chocolate undertones. Delicious.

Balanced in all its flavors (fruit + chocolate notes) and brightness. Bonus points for being produced by women!

Very good, but lacks the complexity of some other Huilas. There's a pop or two of distinct notes upfront that relax into a roasty finish.

Big fan of supporting women. Not the most fruitful but pleased with the smooth taste.
