Full disclosure, I'm a big fan of African coffees. The Guadalupe Miramar certainly isn't a bad cup, it's quite balanced. But it'll offer your pretty typical LA profile: medium body, little acidity, and earthy notes. No surprises here. I would not describe it as "juicy" like the summary above.

This is an interesting coffee, with a definite 'tobacco' note. I love light coffees because you can pick out flavor notes every time. I like the spice taste in the coffee as well. Very good. I was surprised as I'm normally not a big fan of Mexican coffees.

Smooth and complex

Very nice flavors and aromas. Enjoyed it more in a chemex than French press. Never tried any coffee from Mexico, but I'm glad I did with this one.

Solid Cup of Flavor

Really liked this solid flavor that keeps it's notes while sipping on the way to work. Flavor does not fade or diminish. Good one.
