I wish I had the tasting abilities of the other folks who have written reviews, because this is one of the most unique washed coffees I've tried. However, I couldn't pick out many distinct flavor notes. The dryness and astringency make it seem wine-like at times, tea-like at others. The acidity is nice, and not much bitterness when upping its extraction. There's not a lot of body, which leaves the lighter notes floating free.
