Gikanda

One of the Best

Hard to compare all the good coffees but this Gikanda taste delicious. I taste a bit of sweetness, sometimes tart. All around a fantastic coffee.

Develops slowly, but all-around excellent flavor

Difficult to pick up flavors on the first cup. But second brew brought out the fruity and sweet flavors - tastes a bit like had lemon candies. Nice.

This is going to be a little bit weird. But first let me say I really like the way you have designed/created your coffee business/web site. The first reason why I buy your coffee is being able to only buy coffee in a 6 oz quantity because I live by myself and a pound (16 oz) takes me 30-35 days to consume. Unfortunately I am over three quarters of a century old and my taste buds are pretty much "shot" for experiencing the delicate flavor notes in black coffee. The many coffees I have had over the last 10 years have all tasted the same, like black coffee. So you ask me the question, "Why do you still drink coffee?" For the caffeine in the morning cups, but I drink decaf the rest of the day. That said, I am trying to learn all about coffee world wide. I read a lot of coffee websites, a lot!!!!!!!!! The second reason I like Moustache Coffee Club is the coffee bean documentation you put on the front of the box of coffee beans. Example: Varietal, Processing, Origin, Altitude, and Producer. I can look these up on the internet and read all about them, thus learning a lot about what has gone into creating the coffee beans inside the box. I find this very special about Moustache Coffee Club's coffee purchases. Thank You Very Much!!! Sincerely, John Davis
