In the cup, expect a sweet foundation of chocolate and sugar cane, complemented by bright orange notes and a satisfying hazelnut finish. The washed processing, which includes a 24-hour mucilage rest and careful drying, brings out the best of these Red and Yellow Caturra varietals.

My family liked it. I thought that it was ok if made a bit lighter, but it seemed that the orange took over if made a bit stronger, making it just a bit much. I did have a cold, which did affect my taste, I think!
