Solid, but a bit muted, especially for a Guatemalan. However, the texture of the coffee is nice and thick. Interestingly, these beans are larger than most. This coffe smells amazing as it's brewing...
Solid, but a bit muted, especially for a Guatemalan. However, the texture of the coffee is nice and thick. Interestingly, these beans are larger than most. This coffe smells amazing as it's brewing, but the flavors don't match. I'm not getting caramel. Perhaps some milk chocolate with a slight acidic tinge.
