From the high ridges of Yirgacheffe, the Chelchele washing station sits between 1,900 and 2,100 meters, where cool temperatures and rich soils coax extraordinary complexity from the region's native Mixed Heirloom varieties.
This washed lot is a classic expression of what makes Yirgacheffe so beloved: a cup defined by jasmine and delicate florals, with a gentle honey sweetness that lingers long after the last sip. Clean, bright, and beautifully structured.
A returning favorite at Moustache Coffee Club, Chelchele continues to deliver the kind of refined, aromatic cup that first made us fall for Ethiopian coffees. If you love a floral, tea-like washed Ethiopian, this one is hard to put down.

Very well-balanced coffee. Acid is balanced with sweetness to lend a pleasing effect on the palate. Very nuanced flavors that don't hit you over the head. Good stuff.
