This week we have a special coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.
We've shipped a lot of coffee from Yirgacheffe and Chelbesa in particular and I'm delighted we were able to source this one.
In contrast to Natural Ethiopian we just shipped (The Guji Highlands) this coffee is not as fruit forward but instead is super spicy and floral backed up with some citrus and a winey flavor.
I think it's a good contrast and equally delicious!
