This week's outstanding coffee is another delicious Nordic Approach selection, hailing from northern Burundi. In this region most people have small plots of coffee trees on their land, leading to intense competition to grow the best beans. These cherries were hand-selected at auction for their quality and freshness before being wet-processed to really bring out their flavor. Bright and sweet, these beans are distinguished by a strong peach note with a refreshing citrus acidity. From picking to packing, these beans have been treated with the utmost care, and it shows through in their flavor.
