This was a pleasing cuppa. I've been enjoying it half & half with Crio Bru brewed cacao, and it blends well with that.

For me, Aprocassi is bright and fragrant while remaining fairly robust and grounded. A wonderful yin-yang combination that kept me coming back for more. A burst of sweetness upfront, with a little acidity, mellowing into a well-structured underlying roast of cocoa. Nothing at all like an espresso roast for me. Recommended.

The flavor profile seems balanced, but it's a little too subtle for my equipment and technique to bring out, and nothing that I'm a huge fan of sticks out. There's definitely some interesting sweet...
