Agua Azul

Although I didn't notice anything spectacular up front, this roast was still wonderfully complex, with a nice chocolate finish, beautifully balanced. After tasting a cup (made with an AeroPress on a recent camping trip), even with the beans ground a day before, my son raved about it. The AeroPress really ramps down the acidity, but still makes a delightful cup of joe. No matter how you brew your coffee, Moustache always impresses.

I often prefer a brighter acidity, but this was so well balanced. It had smoothness and depth and just enough brightness to keep the cup active. This was a great sitting in the backyard in the morning brew.
