Tasty and Interesting

Well-balanced Kenyan with interesting high-notes. Not as high in acid as some Africans can be, and certainly nothing pucker-inducing. This one is a pleaser.

Really nice balance between acidity, fruit, and sweetness. I've made it in both a Chemex and a Siphon and found the Chemex to offer the most balance with the Siphon's cup hitting really hard. Both were very very good depending on your mood. Really nice.

Loved this one!

OK, the tasting notes might not have included caramel, but I tasted a pleasant caramel finish to my sips. A very drinkable coffee--I enjoyed it quite a bit. Hope to get this one again.
