All our coffee is roasted and shipped on the same day. In fact, our coffee arrives so quickly after roasting that we label our bags with a "drink after" date so that the beans can finish resting. Can't get much fresher than that.

I'm horrible at describing tasting notes, but I've been a lover of coffee for decades and I've been a member of this club for about 10 years or so and as great as all the coffee beans I've received have been, I think this may have been my absolute favorite. Great served hot and black, great cold-brewed. All around, just so good. I'd like to drink this every day.
