These beans are from the famous coffee-growing Sidama Zone in Ethiopia, and they are certainly something to talk about. Grown by small-holders, this coffee was collected and processed by the Wottona Bultuma Collective. Experts in coffee preparation, the Wottona Bultuma Collective sorts & mills judiciously to produce a high-quality product. They reinvest profits in mills around the region, improving each crop as they continue to produce. The flavors in this coffee remind us of summer, making it the perfect cup to enjoy as temperatures start to rise. Bright peach and lemonade notes bring in some sweetness and acidity, while a green tea note adds some weight and keeps the flavor balanced. We can't get enough of it, we think you'll feel the same way!

I enjoy more chocolate notes because I use it for espresso only

I am enjoying this coffee a good bit. It is a little more muted then the Tano Batak, which was loaded with acidity and unique flavor. I am happy.

Lemon or citrus really came through but a really nice, smooth finish.

Loving this coffee! The green tea flavors at the end of my first sip were really unexpected & delicious. I'd say this is a lighter roast which I usually don't enjoy but this one is an exception. I've never had a drink that combines tea & coffee before its quite good.

I didn't get a lot of the citrusy notes mentioned on the insert when I tried this coffee as espresso, but I did get a bit of peach- that could have more to do with my brewing technique than the coffee itself. I have a feeling more of that will come out as a pour over, which I'm going to try next. Definitely my kind of coffee, with a rich taste and aroma and a lot of what I call "Autumnal" flavors. Nice roast too.

Light body, like a bolder brew.

Coffee beans from the Sidama region tend to be a favorite of mine. These Wottona Bultuma beans produce a delicious, smooth cup of latte. Highly recommended.
