This delicious coffee comes from the Alpes Andinos producing cooperative from farmers near the village of La Naranja in Cajamarca, Peru. Grown using organic methods this coffee has the benefit of high altitude and careful picking and processing. The combination of terroir and careful post picking gives us this clean sweet bright coffee with a touch of Plum just in time for the holiday season!

I think that it was one of our family favorites!
Definitely the plum-in the aroma and the flavor! The depth of the beans and the freshness that the lime gave it (without too much citrus) made it so wonderful!
