This is a nice addition to the tasting series. Its got an earthy tone that chimes nicely with the lemon acidity. I’m not quite getting the sweetness the tasting notes describe, but it still brews a thoroughly enjoyable, smooth cup.

Was looking forward to this one, but was let down a bit. Don't get me wrong, it's great coffee, but for the Tasting Series, my standards are higher. For me, Dimma was a bit lacking in complexity and didn't seem as "special" as I was hoping it would be. If this had been part of the standard membership, I'd have given it 4.5 stars for it's luxuriant smoothness and drinkability, but for the much more expensive Tasting Series, it's 4 stars from me.
