This coffee is a special lot that we're really excited about. Grown on the Finca el Cadejo farm in Guatemala, this particular lot incorporates several different varietals into a single cup that would normally be pretty difficult to pair. However, Finca el Cadejo has its own on-site mill and cupping lab, which allows their coffee professionals to put together really bold combinations of beans that you don't usually see. We were really stoked to find such a complex coffee, and we're overjoyed to share it to you. Upon brewing Lucrecia Luna, you'll notice a juicy blackberry flavor that really defines the cup. There's also touch of florals at play, and a really satisfying graham cracker note that adds some complexity to the brew. Overall this is a silky smooth coffee, which surprised us considering how many varietals are included. We love how composed and unique this coffee is, and we're really excited to see what you think of it!

I've enjoyed this coffee, mostly as espresso thus far. It's not as exotic as others, but it pairs nicely with a little bit of milk, and the coffee comes through. There's definitely some graham cracker in a cappuccino.

I am late commenting on my favorite coffee on earth Lucretia Luna, Antigua, Guatemala from Lucretia de Rodas. My roast date was 10/31/2017 and start drinking date 11/04/2017. I still have a few of the beans that I saved. This is the best coffee I have ever had and I’ve drank coffee all over the world: Florence, Vienna, Rio, London, New York, Buenos Aires, Mazatlan...” Perfection.
