Another day another very different Kenyan Coffee
Today we have another delicious AA coffee from Kenya. Grown in red volcanic soil at high elevation on the southern slopes of Mt Kenya, this one is a zinger.
Hot days, cool nights and meticulous processing of the ripe cherry give us a really delightful coffee.
Unlike the previous Kenyan coffees we’ve shipped recently Karimikui has a distinct Chocolate flavor. It’s still got plenty of juice and sweetness but that dark chocolate is very noticeable.
I love that we can get an almost infinite variety of coffees, each week truly is something new and unique, enjoy!

A distinctive coffee to be looked forward to and savored. Each sip 'rings' across the palate like a soft brass bell. Then comes a chocolate undertone and a subtle tartness that I want to describe as cherry, but darker. Very enjoyable.

I wish my vocabulary was broad enough to describe how much I love this coffee! First time trying Moustache coffees, and this one has ruined me from ever considering any store-bought coffees as good enough. It is rich and wonderful.
