El Paseo — Colombia, Nariño

From the slopes overlooking the valley of Buesaco, Huver Castillo tends his family farm El Paseo with the kind of care that only comes from deep roots. A former math teacher turned third-generation coffee grower, Huver returned to the land his family has worked for over 20 years — and the results are remarkable.

Grown at 1,750–1,950 meters under native shade trees, this semi-washed Caturra delivers a rich and layered cup: amaretto sweetness and dark chocolate anchor the profile, while cherry and red apple add a bright, fruit-forward lift with a clean citric finish.

From the same Colombia-rich lineup that has brought us beloved lots like Honey Mountain and Strawberry Fields, El Paseo is a wonderful addition — a coffee that tells the story of a man who chose the farm over the classroom, and hasn't looked back since.

Complex, sweet, and deeply satisfying — this one rewards every sip.
