We don't ship that much coffee from Mexico, but when a super high quality lot crosses our desk we are delighted to. Finca Las Chicharras (meaning "Farm of the Cicadas" for everyone else learning their spanish primarily though coffee farm names) is a recent winner of the Cup of Excellence in Mexico. It's no surprise when tasting this coffee. The attention to detail and immaculate processing is evident in the clean clear flavors.
Finca Las Chicharras has notes of Cranberry, Graham Cracker and Red Currant, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

I instantly tasted the fruit, describing it as raspberry and followed up with a toast-y flavor. I thought this was one of the best fruit-forward coffee’s I’ve tried as I typically do not like them. It is not as sour others and I think the other flavors balance it really well. I still would lean towards the caramel and chocolate flavors but this is a great way to mix it up.

My husband said it worked well for making cappuccinos, and the flavor was very smooth and pleasant--not bitter at all. Highly drinkable!

I liked this coffee. Very nice mellow taste and I loved the smell of the coffee while grinding. I can taste a bit of fruit on the backend but not as pronounced as I would have liked. Thank You

Hey Tom, thanks for the feedback. I think this coffee is on our classic lineup, so it's going to be more chocolate focused than fruity. The regular coffees (non-classic) will be more fruity if that's more your speed (you can make the change on the preferences page of your account), Sean
