At a coarser grind, that came through as a not unpleasant saltiness, but when I dialed the grind in it became much more balanced. I didn't pick up specific fruit notes, but there is definitely a fruity acidity. The rest of the flavor profile is classic, smooth, and dark. Estrella Divina is a great middle ground between second-wave-style beans and single origins, with enough weirdness to keep it engaging.
